1. Scope

These Terms define the rules of using the store, placing orders and concluding distance sales contracts.

2. Orders and contracts

Orders are placed online. The sales contract is concluded once the order is confirmed for processing.

3. Prices and payment

Prices shown in the store are gross prices in PLN. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

4. Delivery

Standard order preparation time is up to 48 working hours, unless specified otherwise on the product page. Detailed shipping terms are available on Shipping & Returns.

5. Right of withdrawal

Consumers and eligible sole traders have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days under applicable law.

6. Complaints

Complaints can be submitted by e-mail or in writing to the Seller address. We handle complaints without undue delay.
